Day 1: Entebbe International Airport – Kampala (1 hours drive)
On arrival at Entebbe International Airport, meet and greet with a Uganda Budget Safaris representative before transferring to Kampala. Safari briefing and overnight stay at a lodge of your choice.

Day 2: Safari from Kampala to Murchison Falls National park
Depart Kampala at 8:00 am and head to Murchison Falls National Park via Masindi. Stop for lunch in Masindi prior to proceeding Murchison falls National Park. Murchison Falls National with 76 Mammal and 450 recorded bird species respectively provides perfect opportunity for you to see some of the greatest concentrations of game in – The Pearl of Africa.On arrival drive to the “Top of the falls” for a breathtaking sight of the raging Nile as it forces its way through a rocky gap barely six meters wide.Overnight stay at the Lodge of your choice .

Day 3: Murchison Falls National Park wildlife safari
Start the day with an early morning game drive on the Buligi, Albert or Queens tracks north of the river Nile where you will look out for those animals that are unique to the African Savannah like Giraffe, Antelope, Lion, Elephant and with luck the elusive Leopard.In the afternoon, take on a launch cruise on the great River Nile. The cruise takes you to the Bottom of the awe inspiring Murchison Falls where the River Nile hurls itself in appalling convulsions through a narrow crevice and plunges 130 feet in one breath taking leap. En-route, look out for huge crocodiles, schools of hippos, buffaloes, elephants and a variety of water birds like herons, cormorants, ducks, bee-eaters, kingfishers, skimmers, fish eagle and the rare shoe bill. Overnight stay at the lodge of your choice.

Day 4: Murchison Falls tour – Fort portal
Transfer to Fort Portal which nestles in the shadow of the fabled “Mountains of the Moon”. Overnight stay at the lodge of your choice.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking in Kibale forest
After early breakfast, report at Kanyanchu Tourist Center where tourist activities begin and set out to track chimpanzee in the forest. Chances of viewing the chimps are over 95% but not always a guarantee. Kibale National Park is one of the beautiful and stunning forests in the Uganda. This is home of our closest living relatives the endangered Chimpanzee, the threatened Red colobus monkey and the rare L’Hoest’s monkey. The forest also boasts of having one of the highest diversity and density of primates in Africa totaling 13 species including the Black and white colobus, Blue monkey, Grey-cheeked mangabey, Red tailed monkey and Bush babies and Pottos. After lunch visit Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary from where you will take on a guided walk. Look out for different flora and fauna. Over night stay at the lodge of your choice.

Day 6: Fort portal – Queen Elizabeth National Park safari (3 hours drive)
After breakfast, proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park following the mystical Rwenzori Mountain range for much of the journey. A game drive enroute may yield sightings of Buffalos, Elephants, a variety of Antelopes and with luck lions and Leopards. Check in at your accommodation facility as you wait for your lunch. After lunch, drive to the dock on the channel for a unique afternoon launch cruise along Kazinga Channel, which joins lakes Edward, and George. This trip goes through possibly the highest concentration of hippos in Africa. Many other animals may be seen including warthogs, Monitor lizards, crocodiles and a variety of bird species such as the Great Snipe, Papyrus Gonolek, and fish Eagles, Pallid Harrier, Gull Billed Tern, Lesser Kestrel and the rare shoebill stork. Over night stay at the lodge of your choice.

Day 7 :wildlife tour in Queen Elizabeth National Park
Drive to Kyambura Gorge for another thrilling opportunity to see the chimpanzee, baboons and monkeys. Have the afternoon at leisure (relaxing at your lodge with the massive Rwenzori’s as a backdrop providing excellent views. Over night stay at the lodge of your choice.

Day 8: Queen Elizabeth National Park – Bwindi Forest tour (4 – 5 hours drive)
Take on an early morning game drive. Look out for the early raisers returning to their hideouts. Early lunch, then check out of your lodge and proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. The journey takes about 4 – 5 hours but driving through interesting features.Arrive at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in the evening. This park is home of the rare mountain gorillas. Over night stay at the lodge of your choice.

Day 9: Gorilla Trekking tour Bwindi Forest National Park
After breakfast set off early with your guide to track the gorillas. The thrill of your encounter will erase the difficulties of the potentially strenuous trek. Spend time in awe watching the Gorillas go about their activities. Return to base and spend the after noon at leisure.Over night stay at the lodge of your choice.

Day 10 :Bwindi Forest – Lake Bunyonyi
Late breakfast then transfer to lake Bunyonyi where you will reach in time for lunch. Have the afternoon at leisure as you enjoy the scenic views of lake Bunyonyi. (Optional activities could include a boat ride later in the afternoon). Overnight stay at the lodge of your choice.

Day 11: From Lake Bnyonyi drive to Lake Mburo National Park
Late breakfast, then drive to Lake Mburo National Park with a stopover for lunch in Mbarara at Igongo Cultural Centre / or proceed to the park for lunch. The drive takes you through the grasslands of Ankole. Lake Mburo National Park is a very special place; every part of it is alive with variety, interest and colour. It contains an extensive wetland.Take on an afternoon boat ride on Lake Mburo. This boat ride may yield sightings of the rare shoe bill stork, African Fin foot, the red headed love bird, handsome Francolin, Little Egret, water thick knee, papyrus gonolek, greater and lesser swamp warbler, the white winged warbler, green capped Eremomela, carmine bee eaters, Malachite and Pied Pink backed Pelican. Overnight stay at the lodge of your choice.

Day 12: Transfer to Kampala from Lake Mburo National Park (4 hours drive)
After breakfast, take morning game drive along the zebra and other tracks. Look out for the Burch ell’s zebra and the comical warthogs, a number of bird species such as the Verreaux’s Eagle owl, Red-faced Barbet, African wattled plover, black bellied bastard, Blue eared glossy starling and the Temmricks courser. Lunch break then check out of your lodge/ Camp and set off for Kampala with a brief stop over at the Equator or any of the crafts display centers en route. Proceed to Kampala for over night stay at the lodge of your choice.

Day 13: Kampala city tour
The driver/ safari guide will pick you up from your hotel at 8:30 am from where you will start the drive through Kampala City. The Kampala city tour takes you to the Independence monument from where you will drive past parliament of Uganda and on to Uganda Museum. Lunch break then visit Baha’i Temple before proceeding to kasubi Tombs – the traditional royal tombs of the Kabaka’s of Buganda and Rubaga or Namirembe Cathedrals. Later visit Kabaka’s Lake. If time allows visit Namugongo martyrs shrine before heading back to the crafts village at National Theater. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel of your choice

Day 14 :Kampala – Entebbe International Airport (1 hours drive)

Transfer to Entebbe International Airport from where you will catch up with your outbound flight (BB)
