Mountain Gorillas
Along your safari to Uganda expect to have a gainful sight-seeing of these critically endangered mountain gorillas in two well preserved national parks famously known as Bwindi Impenetrable Forest national park and Mgahinga Gorilla national park both positioned in the south western region of Uganda and all considered a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO, home to great mountain gorillas and other wildlife species and bird species. However, Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park boosts with the highest number of gorillas that still exist and has around 22 habituated gorilla families which are divided in four gorilla trekking sectors namely Ruhija, Nkuringo, Rushaga and Buhoma sector.
Some of the birds to sight see on safari here include; African green broadbills, black billed turaco, bee-eaters, chip-ins flycatchers among others. Apart from sight-seeing mountain gorilla in the natural inhabitant of Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, there are other inhabitants to see which includes monkeys, woodland elephants, buffalos, leopards, Jackals and various few antelopes.

The park hosts more than 1,500 individual of chimpanzees which can be sight –sighted along your visit here. Wildlife Viewing in Kidepo & Murchison Falls National Park

The best way to sight see these unique and rare tree climbing lions take a visit to Queen Elizabeth National park located in southwestern region of Uganda ,approximately 5 to 6 hours’ drive to the main visited destination, Alternatively ,you can use a domestic flight Bar aviation or Aerolink Uganda from ‘’EBB’’ Entebbe International Airport within 50 minutes to land to Mweya Airstrip.
