15 Days Uganda Rwanda Safari takes you to both neighboring countries Uganda and Rwanda to encounter wildlife, primates safari destination we will start by visiting Nyungwe Forest National Park in Rwanda for a canopy walk or engaging in chimpanzee trekking, also visit the renowned Volcanoes National Park in Rwanda for gorillas or golden monkey trekking. After visiting Rwanda destination we shall crossover to Uganda the pearl of Africa to Uganda Bwindi Impenetrable national park for gorilla trekking or forest walk ,to Queen Elizabeth national park for game drives and a boat cruise on the Kazinga channel ,visit Kibale Forest national park a capital of primates in entire East Africa with over 5000 individuals of chimpanzees engage in chimpanzee tracking and wetland walk before driving to Uganda’s largest national park Murchison falls national park for game drives and boat cruise at the bottom of the falls .We shall then proceed to drive to Jinja town to visit the source of the Nile through engaging in white water rafting ,bungee jumping on this longest river on planet earth ,after here we can drive to Entebbe on Lake Victoria to take a boat to sail us to Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary .This trip starts and ends in Kampala or Entebbe International Airport.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Kigali Airport and transfer to Nyungwe Forest National Park
Arrival at Kigali Airport: Upon your arrival at Kigali Airport you will be welcomed by our driver guide who will take you for a city tour in and around Kigali city of thousand hills but depending on your arrival time. After this city tour will drive to Nyungwe for your overnight stay.

Day 2: Canopy walk or Chimpanzee trekking in Nyungwe
Canopy walk or Chimpanzee trekking: Wake up early morning enjoy your breakfast served with delicious snacks. After you be transferred to park headquarter for briefing, please note that Nyungwe chimpanzee tracking are semi habituated and as such, you will be required to wake up early in order to have chances of watching these great apes in their natural inhabitants. Or else you can decide to engage in Canopy walking where you will have a chance to adventure from one end of the forest to another viewing notable bird species and other rare species of primates. Back to the lodge for overnight stay.

Day 3: Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
Transfer to Volcanoes National Park: Wake up have breakfast, checkout of the lodge and drive out of Nyungwe forest national park and depart to Volcanoes National Park with lunch en-route. You will arrive in the late afternoon check in at the lodge have relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Gorilla trekking or Golden monkey tracking in Volcanoes
Gorilla trekking: You will wake up early have morning breakfast at the lodge before heading out for briefing because you cannot start gorilla trekking without being briefed. After briefing, you will meet the ranger guide to led you to strange intimacy of the rain forest where you can have chances of sightseeing colorful birds, rare golden monkeys as well as seeing fresh spoor of the mountain elusive populations of buffalo and elephants. If you don’t want o trek gorillas, you can decide to go visit Diana Fossey’s grave or do golden monkeys. Have lunch at the lodge and later relax from the tiresome and awesome activity. Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 5: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Transfer to Bwindi: After having breakfast, depart to Bwindi Impenetrable national park in Uganda with lunch en-route. Through border crossing ‘’Cyanika Uganda Rwanda boarder’’. Then drive to the park, arrive at the lodge check in relax, Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 6: Bwindi Gorilla trekking Day
Bwindi Gorilla trekking: After your early morning breakfast ,your drive guide will drive you to the park headquarter with your packed lunch boxes for briefing about the dos and don’ts of gorilla trekking. At 8:30 you will be led by the ranger guide to the forest trailhead through thick undergrowth to find gorillas ,an activity which can last 2 to 8 hours depending on their movements .Once you find them you’re given one hour to watch them as you enjoy these endangered creatures which is once a life time adventure .If you did gorilla trekking in Rwanda, you can opt to do a forest walk or community walk .Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 7: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park
Transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP: After morning breakfast, check out and depart to Queen Elizabeth national park with great viewing of incredible scenery along the way. Arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. Then after have afternoon game drive in Kasenyi plains in search for savannah wildlife such as herds of buffaloes, antelopes, elephants and if you lucky you will come to some of big cats like lions, leopard. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8: Morning Game drive and afternoon boat cruise on Kazinga Channel
Morning Game drive: Wake up have morning breakfast, drive to Ishasha sector for a morning game drive where you will be able to sight see tree climbing lions on the fig tree branches as they wait to hangout on heads of antelopes as their food plus other animals will be seen in this savannah area. Drive back to the lodge for lunch.
Afternoon boat cruise: After having lunch, head to the jetty along Kazinga channel for the boat cruise. The boat cruise offers you chances of viewing animals like hippos, crocodiles, water birds, elephants, buffaloes among others. Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 9: Morning game drive and transfer to Kibale Forest national park
Morning game drive: You will wake up have your breakfast, drive to the northern bank of Queen Elizabeth national park in search of wild animals such as Elephants, Buffaloes, wild cats, savannah birds, antelopes among others. Drive back to the lodge for lunch, check out and head to Kibale Forest national park. You will arrival in the evening. Rest in the lodge, Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 10: Kibale Chimpanzee tracking
Chimpanzee trekking: After morning breakfast, your driver will drive you to the park headquarters to join other trackers for a briefing and after you will meet the park ranger who will accompanies you to the forest in search for chimpanzees. During this walk you will have chances of viewing other primate’s species which are native to Kibale Forest National park. Once are located one hour will be given to you to observe their life style, photography. Back to the lodge for lunch.
Swamp walk: In the evening drive to Bigodi for a swamp walk where you shall see variety of bird species and primates. Back for Dinner and Overnight stay

Day 11: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park: After morning breakfast, you will be transferred to Murchison Falls national park passing through several small towns, villages and great views of the land escarpment. Arriving late evening. Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 12: Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise to the bottom of the falls,
Morning game drive: After morning coffee tea, drive to the park in the northern section known as paraa for morning game drive where you will have chances of spotting big game in Murchison Falls national park some of the wild animals include giraffes, buffaloes, lions, leopards many more. Back to the lodge for lunch break as you prepare for your afternoon boat cruise.
Afternoon boat cruise: You will proceed for your two-hour boat cruise to the bottom of the falls to witness how river Nile squeezes itself in a narrow gorge before exploring out which is automatically an amazing experience in life time. Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 13: Transfer to Entebbe en-route Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
Ziwa Rhino tracking: Wake up have morning breakfast, check out and drive back to Entebbe via a visit to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary en-route for Rhino tracking experience plus lunch. Then proceed to Kampala to your hotel for overnight stay,

Day 14: Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary or Visiting Jinja at the source of the Nile
Visit Jinja: After morning coffee tea, drive to the Eastern direction of Uganda to Jinja at the source of the Nile passing through Mabira forest, sugar and tea plantation, en-route stop to Sezibwa. In Jinja you will visit the source of the Nile to take a boat ride to witness the actual point where the Nile starts its long journey to the Mediterranean Sea or do water rafting to experience the beauty of the nature. You can decide to visit Ngamba Island on Lake Victoria a place where chimpanzees are orphaned and rehabilitated. Back to your hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 15: Back Home
Back Home: After your morning breakfast, look out of the beautiful city of seven hills depending on your Flight details, you will be transferred to Entebbe International Airport for your flight out.
