Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up from Entebbe International Airport
Pick up from Entebbe Airport: On day 1, you will be welcomed to pearl of Africa and our drive /guide will be at the Entebbe Airport to pick you up on your arrival and drives you directly to your Hotel in Entebbe.

Day 2: Transfer to Kabale national park
Transfer to Kibale: Today you will set off to Kibale national park, after an early breakfast. The long drive that lasts 5 to 6-hour drive in incredibly scenic, passing through tea plantation and lust green countryside which characterizes so much of Pearl of Africa. After about 5hours driving you will stop for lunch Enroute in the cozy town of Fort portal. After lunch, you can have time to walk around the town, observe the local life or even visit the local market. Then you drive one more hour direct to the lodge, check in. Spend the late afternoon relaxing and enjoy a lovely view of the forest and its wildlife.

Day 3: Chimpanzee Tracking and Swamp walk
Chimpanzee Tracking: You will wake up early in the morning have breakfast with packed lunch, go experience some serious monkey business! Kibale forest national park boasts with the highest number of primates in the world ‘’Chimpanzees’’ .Estimating 5,000 chimpanzee live in the wild in Uganda ,which makes it a perfect safari place to watch them in their inhabitants .You will first have a short briefing about chimpanzee rules ,then after an experienced ranger will take you to their habituating habitant ,as you will be tracking ,you will have a chance to see other primates like monkey species that live here .Once you locate the chimpanzees ,you will have one hour of eye to eye contact with them .And since they are wild animals ,we can never guarantee you to see them ,you have to settle with hearing their hoots and hollers ,life their life style among more.
Swamp Walk: After tracking, relax a bit, meet the ranger to lead you through grassland, small communities and some beautiful scenery, where the locals are likely to greet you with enthusiastic waves. On your swamp walk, you can get across four different primate species, though the highlight is catching a glimpse of the great blue turaco. Return to the same lodge you used at first in Kibale.
Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park
Transfer to Queen: You will wake up, have breakfast, check out of the lodge and then continue your journey to Queen Elizabeth national park located at the base of the majestic Rwenzori Mountain range, adjacent to Lake George and Edward. The game park has a prolific game animal such as gazelles, Uganda kobs, warthogs and waterbuck, tree climbing lions, elephants. Be prepared to sight see huge numbers of hippos and elephants, you will have to keep your eyes peeled for a leopard lazing in the sunshine. Arrive in time, check in at the lodge for lunch. Your lodge is located on the edge of Queen Elizabeth national park, with overlooking the spectacular Kazinga Channel. Watch wildlife from your own private verandah the rest of time. Then fall asleep to the roaring of lions on the distant savannah at Bush lodge. Dinner and Overnight.

Day 5: Park Game drive and Boat Safari
Game drive: Wake up early, have coffee tea and donuts will be served in the lounge before we head out for a long game drive in time to see the first rays of light. And then search for all the wildlife in the park and are likely to come across buffalos, elephants, lions, waterbuck, leopards, Uganda kob and many warthogs. A well-deserved brunch will be served back at the lodge in the late morning hours.
Boat cruise: In the afternoon, you will take a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel which connects Lake George and Lake Albert. Here you will be able to see number of hippos ‘’more than can possibly imagine’’ as well as variety of other animals that link to the waterhole to quench their thirsty or bath. Expect to see crocodile, buffalos, bathing elephants and range of beautiful birds. This will be undoubtedly one of the highlights of your safari to pearl of Africa. After boat safari back to the same lodge you slept in at first in Queen.
Day 6: Transfer to Lake Mutanda/Bwindi
Transfer to Lake Mutanda: On the Day 6, after breakfast, check out of the lodge, transfer to Lake Mutanda located close to the border with Rwanda and Congo. While you will be driving to the lake, you will have a great opportunity to see beautiful country side, bamboo forest and also have perfect views over the Virunga Mountains. Have picnic lunch on the way. Perched on a peninsula in lake Mutanda in the shadow of the Virunga Mountain Range. Arrive at the lake Mutanda, check in at the hotel that offers comfortable beautiful view on planet earth, which will be our night pit stop. Located between Kisoro town, Mgahinga and Bwindi impenetrable national parks, the Resort makes a perfect base for gorilla trekking, volcano hikers, bird lovers and to those looking for a secluded place in nature. Day 7: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Forest
Gorilla trekking: On day 7, wake up early in the morning, prepare yourself for an encounter with one of Bwindi’s great apes; endangered mountain gorilla. Most of people this is the absolute highlight of their tour in Uganda, Bwindi Impenetrable national park boast both mountain gorillas and chimpanzees, the forest which can mark this claim. It also hosts more other five species of primates ,113 mammal species, 200 butterflies, more than 400 species of birds. The gorillas you trek belong to one of 15 habituated family groups who can tolerate the presence of humans for a brief time every day. The time taken to trek mountain gorillas in their preferred inhabits can be as few as 30 to many as 8 hours. Once are located, your group will be allowed to a maximum of one hour with them. Coming face to face this great apes, is truly humbling and emotional experience. This is privileged opportunity to get up close and personal with Uganda’s very own Mountain Gorillas in the Mist. Back to the Resort.
Day 8: Transfer to Bunyonyi
Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi: On day 8, be served morning coffee tea, check out of the resort. Drive to Lake Bunyonyi a three hour ride to a home of little birds where you will be staying on a beautiful Island .The lake is surrounded by steep hills rising out of the lake and people call it ‘The Switzerland of Africa’ .Arrive and check in at the lodge ,go for a walk on the Island for 2 hours and later do canoeing around the lake while viewing different species of birds. Return for lunch .Bird Nest is set in idyllic isolation on the tranquil waters of Lake Bunyonyi .Lake Bunyonyi is also famous for its crayfish , a local delicacy freshly harvested upon request .This volcanic lake is a bilharzia free and safe for swimming and enjoying canoeing. Have dinner and overnight stay.

Days 9: Depart to Kampala /Entebbe Airport
Depart to Kampala: After breakfast, on your last day of 9 days Uganda Primate and Wildlife Safari Tour. You will check out of Lake Bunyonyi safari lodge and drive heading to Kampala where you will have a stopover at Igongo center visit the place, buy some craft material to carry with for your remembrance, have lunch there. Then proceed to Entebbe to be dropped to your hotel or Entebbe Airport to catch up your flight in time.
