Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
Start the journey at around 7:30 am from your hotel in Nairobi or residence, or Nairobi airport. You will transfer to Amboseli National Park via the Nairobi-Mombasa Road. Enjoy a morning drive via typical African savanna country dotted with local homesteads and the Masai herdsmen grazing their cattle.
Arrive at the Amboseli National Park in time for lunch and take a rest. At 3 pm later venture into the park for the scheduled afternoon wildlife viewing drive, in look at giraffe, elephant, zebra, lion, cheetah, Ostrich, among others.
You will enjoy great views of Mount Kilimanjaro with its snow-capped peak that dominates the background, while we wonder at the wildlife and scenery. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Amboseli to Nairobi
After enjoying breakfast, you will embark on an early morning game drive to get a glimpse of Mt Kilimanjaro and a chance to view the park from the viewpoint and wild animals waking up in the morning. You will depart back to Nairobi to be dropped off at your hotel or at the airport for a scheduled departure flight back home.
