2 Days Murchison Falls National Park Safari: Murchison Falls National Park is one of the oldest, most visited, and largest national parks found in the north-western region of Uganda. It was locally known as Kabalega National Park, located on the shores of Lake Albert (The home of the rare shoebill stork), around the Victoria Nile, up to the Karuma falls.

Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park, boat cruise, and the top of the falls
Day 2: Morning game drives and departure
Activity highlights
- Game drive in the park that will give you a chance to spot a wide range of animals, including the big five.
- A one-hour Boat cruise on the River Nile to the bottom of the falls.
- Hike to the top of Murchison Falls and see the River Nile.
Day 1: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park, Boat cruise, and the top of the falls
Depending on your arrival time at Entebbe International Airport on the first day of the safari, you will be picked up by your guide at 6 am, who will transfer you to the park. It’s a smooth ride since the road is all clear in not too long via Masindi town, then proceed and arrive in the park early, where you will have lunch
In the afternoon at 2 pm go for the boat cruise going upstream to the bottom of the magical falls where you will have sightings of Crocodile, Hippos, and lizards among others and the birds on the river banks like king fishers, cormorants and later return to meet you drive and connect to the Top of the falls and visit the most powerful waterfalls in the world. Return back to the lodge. Have dinner and an overnight stay
Day 2: Morning game drive and Departure
On the second day of the safari, You will have an early morning breakfast and the guide will pick you head for the wildlife search through embarking on a game drive that will take 3-4 hours, you are going to have views of the scenic vegetation covers inclusive of the savannah, woodlands, riverine forest see animals like Lions, Hyenas, Leopard, and Jackal these are categorized as predators since they feed on the small animals. Check out the other trails in the park that keep a lot of game, among which are the big game such as the Elephants, buffalo, Giraffes, and so many antelopes.
After the game drive, check out of the park and embark on your journey back to Kampala. The guide will drop you off at the location you will advise or Entebbe International Airport for your onward flight back home.
