6 Days Uganda Primates Safari is a full an organized primates’ safari itinerary that takes you to different Uganda safari destination to encounter in different activity during your visit as you will be trekking great mountain gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, Chimpanzee tracking in Kibale forest national park and a game viewing tour in Queen Elizabeth National Park to search for unique Tree Climbing Lions and other big game. Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable NP
Transfer to Bwindi: On the day 1 of the 6 days’ primates Uganda safari, our driver guide will pick you up from your hotel or resident and brief you about the trip. You will then set off to remarkable Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park using Masaka highway with a stopover at the Uganda Equator to have great view of water experiments plus photography. You will continue to drive to Mbarara town for lunch en-route. Then proceed to drive to the park, arrive in the evening and check in at the lodge. Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking –Bwindi
Gorilla Trekking: Wake up early have breakfast and after be transferred at the briefing point at 7:30am to be briefed before trekking activity begins. Ensure you carry your packed lunch boxes, mineral water bottle, rain jacket and rubber boots while the park ranger will provide you with a walking stick. You will walk to the forest trail head lead by the ranger to start your gorilla trekking experience which is a rewarding activity done through the thick rain forest with its green vegetation cover with variety of bird species which you will sight see while trekking. After allocating the gorilla, you will be allowed one hour to spend with them learn about their life style, take photography for future remembrance. Then return back to the lodge for an evening relaxation. Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth Morning game drive & Boat cruise
Transfer to Queen Elizabeth: After early morning breakfast at 6:30, check out of the lodge and drive to Queen Elizabeth National park. You will reach early for morning game drive in the Ishasha sector to search for the tree climbing lions. Drive back to the lodge for check in and lunch.
Afternoon Boat cruise: After having your lunch, at 2pm drive on the Kazinga channel for boat cruise where you will have great view of water species like huge number of hippos, crocodile’s other animals such as elephants, buffaloes, antelopes can be seen linking for water on channel shores plus variety of water birds. Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 4: Morning game drive &Transfer to Kibale National Park
Morning Game drive: After early morning coffee tea by 6:30am, drive to the park for morning game drive in Kasenyi plains to lookout for species which call themselves of Queen such as waterbucks, Antelopes, herds of elephants, buffaloes, leopards, hyenas among others. After you will drive out of Queen and be transferred to Kibale Forest National Park and reach in time for lunch, check in and rest as you wait for the next day activity. Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Habituation Experience ‘’CHEX’’ in Kibale
Chimpanzee Habituation Experience: Wake up early have your breakfast as you prepare for Chimpanzee Habituation Experience. Then you will drive to the briefing point with your packed lunch boxes to be briefed about the dos and don’ts of chimpanzee tracking while you are in their mist. After, you will start your chimpanzee habituation which is a full day activity in the montane rain forest. It is such an admirable activity all day long filled with much excitement of these great apes. Once they are found, you will be given 4 hours with them learn about their amazing social life plus enjoying photography till 5pm.After return back to the lodge. Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 6: Return back to Kampala /Entebbe Airport
Return back to Kampala: Wake up and have breakfast, check out of your lodge ensure that you carry all your luggage. Then head on your journey back to Kampala to be dropped at your resident or at Entebbe International Airport for your flight. Have lunch en-route on your way.
