To note, chalets is furnished with spacious rooms with different bedding style and it has two beds in twin rooms, one large bed in double rooms. Sincerely speaking, it is highly recommended to traveller’s stay in this lodge if you come to this area. Note, it offers a full board rate with a set menu dinner changing daily and gives you a packed lunch of your choosing to go with in that incredible gorilla trekking experience since it may take 30 to 8 hours while in the jungle. Though it is considered a luxury lodge but located in remote areas, but this couldn’t be an issue, what you would expect is to find in a big city for your marvellous stay for example; electricity works 5-6 hours in the evening though internet lobby with a slow speed enough for emails.
To note, each room has its own thrilling charm and character with its own colors scheme and a nice looking private garden. Of which each comfortable bed is designed with mosquito net, extra blacks in case of too much coldness at night and the place tends to be cold at night. The rooms were built with spacious veranda overlooking Lake Mutanda.

Chameleon hill lodge is located in the south-western region of Uganda in between the two protective home for mountain gorillas Bwindi and mgahinga national park, approximately 500 kilometres which takes 8 to 9 hours while using kibale passing via Mbarara to reach there. Alternatively, a traveller can decide to use air transport from Entebbe international airport to Kisoro airstrip lasting for 1:25hours to land there.
