15 Days Best of Uganda & Rwanda Safari tour package takes you where the savannah meets the rainforest. Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival Day –Entebbe Airport
Arrival: Upon arrival at Entebbe Airport, you will be welcomed by our company representative to Uganda and he will brief you about the trip and later transfer you to your booked hotel in Kampala City, check in at the hotel where you will have a great reward of Kampala beauty, a city of seven hills.
Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
Transfer to Murchison Falls : Wake up early have your morning breakfast served at the hotel ,our driver guide will pick you up and transfer you to Murchison Falls National park using Gulu highway along the way ,we shall have a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino tracking and is the only place in Uganda where you can find white Rhinos .After tracking ,you will proceed to Masindi town for picnic lunch and later proceed to drive to Murchison falls national park a home rich in wildlife species including elephants ,buffaloes ,hippos ,lions ,crocodiles ,waterbucks ,Jackson hartebeest and if you’re lucky you will see leopards and the main tourist attraction in here is the Nile and its powerful waterfall that forces through a narrow gorge and falls 60 meters .On your arrival at Murchison ,you will first have ferry crossing to enter into the promises of the park at your booked lodge as you will be welcomed by this attractive baboons.
Day 3: Morning Game Drive and Boat Cruise
Morning Game Drive: You will wake up have morning breakfast, drive to the park in the northern part of the park which is the best place of spotting the big four mammals and only Rhinos missing. Back to the lodge for relaxation and lunch.
Afternoon Boat Cruise: Later on, you will go for boat cruise on the Nile River to have great sights of Devil cauldron, water species. After you will climb up to the bottom of the falls to see where Nile River squeezes through a 7meter wide gorge creating the world’s most powerful water flow and the trademark rainbow, enjoy photography for remembrance. Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 4: Nature walk –Murchison Falls to Hoima Town
Nature walk: After morning breakfast, drive to Budongo forest for guided nature walk where you will see the Mahogany tree species and other tree species, primate’s species like monkeys, chimpanzees as well as its green beauty is rewarding. Have your lunch and then transfer to Hoima town for overnight stay. Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 5: From Hoima & Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
Transfer to Kibale Forest Np: After having your morning breakfast ,drive to Kibale Forest national park a jungle of primate species with over 13 species including Chimpanzees ,baboons ,white and black monkeys ,red colobus ,grey cheeked mangabey and L’Hoest monkey and it’s the same forest where you can have night walk and be able to see nocturnal animals like the bush babies .You will have your picnic lunch in Fort portal town a beautiful area with cool climate .Then proceed to the park ,you will arrive and check in at the lodge .Diner and Overnight stay.

Day 6: Chimpanzee tracking –Kibale Forest
Chimpanzee Tracking: You will wake up early enjoy your breakfast, after your driver guide will drive you to the park head quarter for briefing about Chimpanzee tracking rules. After you will go with the ranger guide in search for chimpanzees in Kibale forest in a group of six people. Through tracking, you will have an opportunity of seeing other small primates like monkeys, bird species. And once chimpanzees are found you will be allowed one hour with them to learn about their life style, take photos with digital camera, flash discs are not allowed. Back to the lodge for lunch.
Swamp walk: Later on, you will go for swamp walk along the Bigodi Wetland a great place for bird watching and primate viewing, visit the crater lakes. Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 7: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP: After morning breakfast, then be transferred to Queen Elizabeth national park using Kasese route where we shall have a stopover at the equator to take pictures. Then you will arrive at the park of unique tree climbing lions, a best park in Uganda to spot lions and many other wild species. Have Lunch and relax.
Evening Game Drive: Later on, you will go for evening game drive in Kasenyi plains to view animals which call themselves species of Queen.

Day 8: Morning game drive and Boat cruise on the Kazinga channel
Morning game drive: You will wake up early have breakfast, drive back to the park to discover more species you missed out in the evening session. Drive back to the lodge rest and lunch.
Afternoon Boat cruise: After having lunch, you will go on the Kazinga channel to jet with boat cruise on a channel that connects with lake Edward and Lake George, expect to see high concetration of hippos in the world. Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 9: Another Day of Exploration –Queen Elizabeth National Park
Full-Day Exploration: Wake up enjoy your coffee tea served at the lodge, drive in the Ishasha sector in the south of the park in search for the rare tree-climbing lions which are unique species in the world. You will also look out for Topis which are not commonly seen in other parks. You will as well visit the maramangambo forest where you will discover very many attractions in the forests such as bat caves, primates, notable species of birds, scenery is rewarding.

Day 10: Ishasha & Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable: After morning breakfast, we shall drive out to Queen Elizabeth National Park through Ishasha and continue driving through some breath taking views of the mountains. Bwindi Impenetrable forest is a home to the half remaining mountain gorillas in the world. Arrive at the park in time for lunch and rest the whole evening at the lodge as you prepare for the next day activity.

Day 11: Gorilla Trekking-Bwindi
Gorilla Trekking: After morning breakfast, your driver will drive you to the park headquarter with your packed lunch box for briefing about gorilla trekking rules. After, you will depart to the forest trail heads with your ranger in search for one of the world’s great apes so interesting species. Once you allocate them, you will be allowed one hour to spend with our closest relatives because they are said to have 98% DNA. Enjoy photography with them for your future remembrance. Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 12: From Bwindi & Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi: After morning breakfast on day of the 15 Days Best of Uganda & Rwanda Safari, drive to Lake Bunyonyi known as the deepest and most beautiful lake in Uganda ‘’Home to Little Birds’’. You will reach in time for Lunch enjoy it and later go for canoeing and be able to view several attractive Islands found on the lake with great sights of beautiful birds, other optional activities include visit the Local community, birding walk, Nature walk. Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 13: Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
Transfer to Volcanoes National Park: Wake up have breakfast from the lodge and depart to Volcanoes national park which is part of the Virunga Mountains that covers over 3 countries Uganda, Rwanda and Congo. Volcanoes and Bwindi are the only place in the world to see the Mountain Gorillas.
Day 14: Volcanoes National Park –Nature walk, visit Dian Fossey’s grave
Golden Monkey trekking: After morning breakfast, go to the park head quarter for briefing about rules of golden monkey trekking, after you will be accompanied by the ranger guide in the forest to trek golden monkeys. There are other optional activities to do on your visit in the Volcanoes such as visiting the Dian Fossey’s Grave, Nature walk in the park is very interesting, visit the twin lakes –Lake Ruhondo and Lake Burera, still you can re-do gorilla trekking here. Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 15: Depart for Kigali City tour
Departure: After morning breakfast, you will drive to Kigali for a City tour. Expect to visit Kigali genocide, local market many more. Have lunch. Later, head to Kigali Airport for your flight departure.
